PureHQ has 30 days return policy on all of its products. We guarantee 100% customer satisfaction.

If for some reason, you are not satisfied with the product or results, contact us and we will be happy to resolve it for you.

Steps to return the product:

1. Please use the contact link and fill out the form at the bottom with your Order ID and reason for a return.
2. Once the return is approved, RMA will be issued
3. Prepaid label or your own label can be used to send back to us the item
4. Once the item is received, we will issue you a full refund.
